However, in the unlikely event that I am unable to decrypt your files and/or unlock your computer, your money will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Upon completion of the job, your laptop or desktop hard drive will be shipped back to you. Job should be completed within 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the ransomeware used to encrypt your files.
