    Description

    Tested with regular light bulb (NOT INCLUDED) and works fine.  You will need a high watt Reflective sunlamp bulb Mogul e39 (Big base socket).  They also make adapters so you could use a standard base bulb.  No box.  Last photo is original AD for the lamp and just reference from the internet - so no box or paperwork included.  No bulb.  About 14x12x8 inches.
