Vintage Quantum International - VHS Video Cassette Tape Rewinder V-999
This is a VHS tape rewinder I found while cleaning out my basement. I found a VHS that was not rewound all the way and was able to plug this into the outlet to test it. It appears to work.
You'll notice in the pictures I attempted to clean the sticker off the device after testing.
