. This unit has been completely recapped except for the tuner sections, I didn't want to take a chance of knocking the tuner out of alignment, so I left those sections original. Also the original main filter capacitors were left in because they were still good. The capacitors were replaced with audio grade Nichicon, Nichicon fine gold, Nichicon UKLs (were used for the orange low leakage capacitors), Panasonic, WIMA and all the capacitors were bought from Mouser. This unit has had the bias and dc offset set back to factory specifications after the recap was finished. Also all the noisy tantalum capacitors have been replaced. As I worked on recapping the unit I cleaned the boards the best I could as I went. The switches and pots have been thoroughly cleaned with Deoxit. The lights have been replaced with new cool blue LEDs, new dial lamp, new stereo light, new source lights, new vellum paper has also been put in. This unit is overall in good shape, there are some scratches on the faceplate and around the faceplate bolts, also the top has a few scratches as well. The tuner works and gets a good strong signal.
