Background about me:
I'm a college student studying Information Security. I've completed my AS (as shown above) and I was close to completing my BS before ITT shut down. Now I'm at a new college with the same student loans as before added on and I have to start a whole new 2 years over. I've made the dean's list and I have a high GPA. In short, I created a small business to help people. Then I can help communities and furthermore reach my goal of implementing a computer-based hardware and software class at my local high school. My business is easy and frustration free as long as you can use a mouse and have a general sense of how to use your computer. If I work on your PC you will have tech support for anything under my scope of work performed.
HOW THIS WORKS
If you think your computer has a virus/malware I will ask you to download and install one program TeamViewer. Its FREE and trusted.
After it is downloaded and installed you will open the program and let me know your credentials so I can remotely connect to your PC and run my programs to remove the virus and malware.
