Thank you so much for your letter of March 20.  I am enclosing a picture which was taken right after we brought Chelsea home from the hospital.  I hope it the type of picture you wanted.
I have sent a copy of your letter to Mrs. Carolyn Huber, who was my personal secretary during the time my wife and I were in the Governor's Mansion, and I have asked her to send you some information on the Mansion.
I appreciated your very kind comment about me as Governor.  I tried hard to do my very best for our state while I was in office.  Thanks again.
The letter shows some age wear and toning, especially in the corners and verso.
Most uncommon stationery as Clinton only worked at the law firm between his terms as Governor.
