This power conditioner has been fully tested and is in magnificent (working) condition.
The original shipping / packing protection film (over the main display) is still intact. The display area (in the black oval on the front) is in mint condition.
There's a few mild blemishes on the body (everything is captured in the photos).

What you see is exactly what you'll get! Please inspect the photos carefully. I used the most obnoxious lighting possible to illuminate any physical markings or issues.
Since the item ships on me, I reserve the right to choose the carrier at the time of packing (UPS, USPS, FedEx). I try to find the best deal for all parties, while keeping it reasonable (Ex. UPS to Hawaii is . USPS is .)
I ship Monday through Friday with a 5pm cut-off time. (All weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next available business day.)
When shipping, I repurpose many materials (boxes, bubble mailers, paper, peanuts, wrap) to ensure a safe and damage free item transit. Getting your item to you in the best possible condition is of the highest importance … not trashing the earth with more plastic and paper boxes. For very heavy or expensive items, I will use new materials due their rigidity.
All pre-owned items have been cleaned and disinfected prior to shipping. Electronics have been wiped with a microfiber cloth and non-toxic cleaner. Clothing has been washed or not even worn at all before shipment.
This listing has been packed for shipment well before purchasing (no physical handling of the items for over 2 weeks, only the exterior box).
Finally, I live in a pet-free, smoke-free and odor free home.
