Antique 18K Georgian Multi Link Chain Necklace

This is such a lovely chain. I am so excited to present it to you. This chain is of the Georgian Era, dating from 1790-1810 (King George III). It is crafted of very fine 18K solid yellow gold. The clasp on its chain is amazing. In fact, I prefer to wear it displayed at the front rather than the back. The clasp features reprose' work with a tongue and groove closure. It works perfectly. The links on this chain are equally as amazing as the clasp. They feature a riveted round alternating from a smooth finish. Each link is connected to one another with soldiered links at the top and bottom. This allows the necklace to move when worn. This is just an exquisite necklace in excellent condition, very minor wear. The clasp is hallmarked with a VR conjoined. It has been tested and confirmed as solid 18K yellow gold. There are no repairs or damage noted.
