The shown price is for every support hour (for every 60 minutes) and can be renewed by purchasing new support hour.
Remote support service is only through phone call and through remote screen share.
Time will be credited in 15 minute increments. If we only spend 15 minutes on a call. You will still have 45 minutes of future support.
