1963 Mercury Comet

You are viewing a very nice, very original 1963 Mercury Comet convertible, with a 6 cylinder motor, and 3 speed manual transmission ("three on the tree"). The odometer reads 53,797 and I believe that to be accurate. The car is originally from Arizona so the body and under body are very solid. The car has many new parts mechanically...the motor has been rebuilt, as well as the front suspension, rear suspension, brakes, parking brake, and muffler. Tires are new (13 inch), wheels and center caps are the originals. The interior is pretty much all still original and in excellent condition for its age. The seat belts have been added. Convertible top is in very good condition. The car runs and drives very well. The convertible top works nicely, and all gauges/lights work like they should. The car has been painted before, and it shows well. The bumpers have been re-chromed, and are in excellent condition. All the metal trim on the car is in excellent shape as well.
